Return Policy
How long do I have for the return? Do I need to pay for the return shipping fee?
We will accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. And you will be charged a return shipping fee.
How do I make a return?
1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. You will receive a response as soon as possible. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please pack the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.
3. Choose your own logistics company at your cost and mail the package.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). We cannot offer refunds on cosmetic if the hygiene seal has been broken.
3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
Important Notice:
1. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return.
2. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-mimiclubs products.
